- The entire trailer, from the frame to upholstery and cabinetry, is built and installed on-site at their headquarters and factory in Springfield, OR. This means that every component of your trailer fits together perfectly. The majority of manufacturers send out their living quarters or sections of their trailers to off-site contractors, meaning that the components aren't made together. This can often result in problems like leaks or shorts in wiring. Another benefit of having your trailer built completely on-site is the increased ability for customization. - All aluminium tubing is 4-sided: no inferior, 3-sided tubing is used.
- The interior of the horse area is built with the safety and comfort of your horse in mind. Rear door latch and cam are recessed to avoid loading injuries; all welds are sanded smooth to eliminate sharp edges; recessed roof vents to prevent animals from hurting themselves; and built-in travel grills to prevent injury during transport are just some of the key safety features built into every SilverLite trailer.
- Our one-piece aluminum roof is the best choice for quality, durability, and leak resistance.

1/8" thick, aluminium flooring is smooth, not channeled,
which eliminates areas that hold corrosive urine.

Horse area flooring is supported by 4 inch, aluminium
I-beams spaced 9 5/8" on center, the biggest beams with
the closest spacing in the industry. In addition,
SilverLite runs two flat bar straps under the I-beams to
prevent twisting.

The gooseneck : SilverLite's A-frame, powdercoated steel,
one
piece gooseneck is the finest and
most rugged in the industry. Many in the industry
are constructed in two pieces, creating a "hinge point"
at a place of critical importance. The gooseneck
structure is one of the most critical features of the
trailer, and should be a very important criterion when
making your purchase decision. For even more
strength where it matters most, SilverLite's gooseneck is
reinforced, cross-braced, and gusseted where is connects
to the trailer.

- SilverLite uses only face-framed cabinetry in all living quarters trailers. All cabinet doors are raised-panel, not flimsy recessed panel construction. The result is a solid, well-built interior that will stand up to years of use.
